Do all your salons offer grooming?
Yes. Every Pet Pavilion boutique has its own grooming salon offering the full menu, from a simple bath to a complete breed-standard groom. Choose whichever location is most convenient for you.
How much does grooming cost?
Price depends on your dog's breed, size and coat condition, so we always quote clearly before we begin — with no hidden extras. Call your chosen salon or send an enquiry for a guide price.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, grooming is by appointment. Weekend slots fill quickly, so a few days' notice helps us find a time that suits you.
My dog is nervous, a rescue or elderly — can you help?
Absolutely. Our stylists work calmly and never rush an anxious, elderly or first-time dog. Add a note when you book so the team is fully prepared for their visit.
What if my dog's coat is matted?
Bring them in and we'll advise the kindest approach. For welfare reasons we won't groom through painful matting, but we'll always find the most comfortable solution for your dog.
How old does my puppy need to be?
Once your puppy has completed their second round of vaccinations they can visit. Our Puppy Introduction is designed to make that first experience gentle and positive.
